The best homemade raspberry jam in the world. Every other summer my mom and I trek out to a raspberry farm and pick our weight in raspberries to be made into freezer jam. The jam is so delicious that people have been known to eat spoonfuls of it straight from the jar. I will happily pass a few jars on to you, Jason, but you will have to promise to get the emptry jars back to my mom so she can use them again next summer. She's environmentally friendly like that.
